Day 1 Mombasa or Diani Beach to Voyager Ziwani Camp
Your safari adventure starts early in the morning with a pick up from your hotel in Mombasa or Diani Beach, followed by a scenic drive along the Mombasa Nairobi Highway toward the Tsavo West region. As you leave the coast, the landscape gradually opens into vast savannah plains and rocky hills. On arrival in the Ziwani area, you enjoy a game drive en route where you may see elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and a variety of birdlife. You then continue to Voyager Ziwani Camp, beautifully located on the banks of the Sante River, home to hippos and crocodiles. After check in, you enjoy lunch and time to relax in camp.

In the late afternoon, you head out for an evening game drive through the private sanctuary, searching for lions, antelopes, hartebeests and Tsavo’s famous red elephants as the sun begins to set. After returning to camp for dinner, you go out again for a guided night game drive, a special experience at Ziwani that allows you to spot nocturnal animals such as bush babies, genets, porcupines, hyenas and sometimes hunting lions under the African night sky. You then return to camp for your overnight stay.

Day 2 Voyager Ziwani Camp to Mombasa or Diani Beach
You wake up early for a sunrise game drive when wildlife is most active and the temperatures are cool. This is the best time to see predators finishing their night movements and herbivores heading toward water points. After the drive, you return to camp for breakfast overlooking the river. After check out, you depart with a final game drive en route as you begin your journey back to the coast. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel back to Mombasa or Diani Beach, arriving in the afternoon with lasting memories of your Voyager Ziwani safari experience.
